CommBank’s bulldog ad goes to air

Bulldog, the last in an initial trilogy of ads shot by French director Jean-Pierre Jeunet for Commonwealth Bank has gone to air.

The ad features disappointment for a bulldog when his wooing of a poodle is cut short by his owner’s speedy return from the bank.

The first two ads in the series by Jeunet, the director of Amelie, have already gone to air, while CGI effects around the Bulldog saw the latest work take slightly longer.

The three ads from Goodby Silverstein were shot in May. Jeunet will shoot more in Melbourne in the next few weeks.
