Convert Digital announces its acquisition by Andrew Waite, Adam Littlechild and Luke Anderson

Digital agency, Convert Digital, has been acquired by partners Andrew Waite, Adam Littlechild and Luke Anderson, enabling it to expand its international operations.

Leading digital agency, Convert Digital is thrilled to announce its acquisition by partners Andrew Waite, Adam Littlechild and Luke Anderson.

The new ownership structure will see Convert Digital expand its footprint taking Australian brands internationally, with Forever New’s new US platform Evernew launching on Shopify Plus and the successful launch of Australian kitchenware brand HOUSE into the UK on Magento Commerce.

The new direction of Convert Digital by its managing partners has led to other new exciting work including the rollout of new BigCommerce site for leading mens fashion retailer Aquila and expanding its footprint internationally with the launch of New Zealand’s iconic clothing brand Swanndri’s new ecommerce website on Magento 2.

The national ecommerce digital agency was the first APAC company to become Magento, BigCommerce Elite and Shopify Plus partners and has built some of Australia’s leading websites and online platforms including Puma, The Block Shop, Koko Black, Neuw Denim, Zoggs and Tree of Life.

Founder and Managing Director of Convert Digital, Andrew Waite says the acquisition is a turning point in the business as it ramps up its ability to service large scale ecommerce projects on an international scale.
