Creative agency 12below rebrands to become The Brand Management Company

Full-service creative agency, 12below, has transitioned into The Brand Management Company (TBMC), focusing “purely on the creation of new brands and the transformation of existing brands that are in need of some love”.

TBMC partner, Jon Samuel, said the new position gave brands a crystal clear understanding of the agency’s purpose.

“Quite simply, we create the strategic, visual, verbal and sensorial foundations to activate brands and keep them moving,” Samuel said.

“In doing so, our value within a complex agency landscape is crystal clear, a fact greatly appreciated by our clients. We don’t do everything, but what we do do, we do extremely well.

“Our goal is to create ‘universal’ brands where we consider each and every potential communication encounter and deliver consistency, clarity and creativity across the board.”

Partner Scott Dunn added that the agency’s success has come from client retention.

“Our biggest success has been the retention of client relationships over time which reflects the value we add. With a razor sharp focus and a more contemporary approach to our work we are super excited to introduce TBMC to more clients, push the possibilities further than anyone else and imagine and create tomorrow’s most epic brands,” Dunn added.

TBMC’s first work as a branding agency has also been revealed, presenting the first brand refresh for Frucor Suntory’s energy drink, V, in decades.

Alongside the new look for the brand, TBMC alluded to more mainstream brand projects to be revealed throughout the year.
