Cudo boss Billy Tucker to move on
Cudo boss Billy Tucker is to leave the group buying site and be replaced by Mike Sneesby.
Tucker launched the site – owned by Nine Entertainment Co and Microsoft in September last year.
The handover to Sneesby will take place next February.
Tucker said: “This feels like the right time to leave Cudo. In a relatively short space of time we have built an exceptional team who have turned Cudo into a household name.”
Earlier in his career Sneesby headed corporate strategy and business development for NineMSN.
Mumbrella understands that Tucker will focus on his startup 57 Signals, which focuses on personlisation in retail. He also has a blog called 57 Signals.
Tucker was instrumental in the creation of the group buying code of conduct revealed at this year’s Mumbrella360
