Customer experience company MoEngage expands into ANZ; secures MyDeal and Nova on client list

Customer engagement platform, MoEngage, has expanded its operations into Australia and New Zealand, with MyDeal and Nova Entertainment joining its client roster.

The company has appointed Michael Ricciardone as country manager for Australia and New Zealand – he joins from Quantcast, and previously held roles at Nine and News Corp.

“Businesses in Australia are looking for solutions that help lay the foundation for retaining customers & increasing lifetime value, particularly during this climate of rising customer acquisition costs & slowdown in consumer spending” said Ricciardone.

The platform uses AI-powered orchestration and optimisation engine, supporting finance, retail, media, and health enterprises to extract customer insights from data and shape personalised experience across channels.

MoEngage raised $77 million (A$121.25 million) Series E funding led by Goldman Sachs and B Capital this year in June.
