CX agency GHO hires Domenic Bartolo as its first design director

Whilst at Lida, Bartolo’s Change The Future work for 350.org Australia was recognised at the 2019 AGDA Design Awards. The ‘Reflections’ Remembrance Day for the Royal Australian Navy was an AWARD finalist in 2018.

Bartolo has previously worked as a design director at Cummins & Partners, DDB Sydney and as a senior designer at Ogilvy.

GHO’s executive creative director, Ryan Chao, said in a statement: “We couldn’t be more excited to have someone of Dom’s capabilities joining the agency. With his experience across brand design, illustration and art direction, he’s the perfect addition to the team. We’re excited to see how his craft complements our expertise in UX/UI.”

Bartolo’s appointment follows the addition of Hamish Stewart as experience strategy director last year.

Bartolo said of his appointment: “I’m really excited to be working with Ryan, Hamish and the wider team at GHO. I was really attracted to GHO because it has a great group of talented and nice people and a diverse range of clients. It’s an exciting time to be joining the agency, and I hope to help build on the phenomenal momentum they have created.”
