Dancing elephants herald the Optus Open Network

A new CGI ad spectacular goes to air today to mark the rebranding of the Optus mobile network as The Open Network. It features dancing elephants, crocodiles, flamingos, flying squirrels and fireflies.

The ad – one of two in the campaign – was created by animation company BUF Paris.

It was directed by Thierry Poiraud and conceived by M&C Saatchi copywriter Andy Flemming and art director Shane Gibson.

Outdoor, print and online executions will follow today’s TV launch.
