Decision Design MD steps down after seven years
Tara Ness has announced she is stepping down as managing director at behavioural change company, Decision Design.
Ness announced her departure on Linkedin, saying, after almost seven leading the company, “it is time for me to say goodbye as I begin the next chapter of my career”.
Ness wrote: “What we have built over this time has been incredible – hands down the best commercial behaviour change team working with some of the best brands on the most important challenges – driving actual outcomes.
“I have developed in ways I never imagined and have been fortunate enough to build a CX practice, showcase our work on the big stage, run the business the way I wanted to, develop the next generation – the list goes on.
“I can hand on heart say – DD has given me the platform to do my best work to date. I’m truly proud of what I put out to the world.”
Decision Design is a “unique team of specialist experts spanning neuro, cognitive, psychological, organisational, data and marketing science” which applies human behaviour research to solve commercial and cultural business problems.
Ness said she will announce her next role soon.
