The agency specialises in Salesforce implementation and digital marketing and Deloitte will align the business with its customer behaviour team.

Announcing the deal in San Francisco, Deloitte CEO Cindy Hook said Cinder was another building block for the business as it continued to grow its ability to offer clients solutions in the marketing, sales and design space.

“This is the third technology-related transaction for our Consulting Practice in the past nine months,” Hook said.

“It demonstrates our continued determination to remain at the forefront of digital transformation and provide our clients with the expertise and experience to solve their most complex problems. We will continue to make considered, strategic investments that are adjacent to our capabilities.”

Deloitte’s customer behaviour lead partner Steve Hallam said the company was focused on growing its campaign management services in Australia.

“Marketing optimisation and campaign management services are one of the fastest growing areas of customer transformation in the Australian market,” Hallam said.

“The challenge and opportunity for businesses is to integrate multiple technology platforms in a way that provides a customer with a personalised and consistent experience across all channels, and enhances their propensity to complete transactions in an efficient way.”

Cinder ‘founded by Miguel Leone and Daniel Tintner, has been working with Deloitte on a number of projects and its clients have included DealsDirect and Amayasim.
