Dentsu X retains Australia Post media account

Dentsu X has extended its partnership with Australia Post, now undertaking all strategy, planning, trading and investment, performance and social media for the brand.

Dentsu X said the reappointment was indicative that the agency was at a pivotal point.

The account will be led by Michelle O’Brien, who has been promoted to head of client solutions, in Melbourne. In turn, Sam Cousins has also been promoted to head of strategy and planning.

Andrea Pearman, general manager of marketing and community of Australia Post said Dentsu X had continued to impress her with its flexible approach, high-performing team and commitment to understanding the business and its customers across all segments.

Last month, former News Corp executive Nicole Sheffield joined Australia post as executive general manager of community and consumer.
