DGM appoints two new senior staff

Online marketing agency DGM has appointed Serge Cherchintsev to the role of SEO manager and David Coats to the role of business development manager.     

The announcement:

SYDNEY, 3 NOVEMBER 2010: dgm has hired two search specialists as the company continues to experience solid growth across all channels.

Serge Cherchintsev has joined dgm as SEO manager. Serge has been involved in SEO since 1999 when his first web development and SEO client asked to be included on the first page of AltaVista.

Since then he has worked in various SEO roles on both the agency and client side, with clients including Avis, Teletext Holidays, Cancer Research, Comet, Sony, and on the client side at CheapFlights and Expedia, both in the UK.

David Coats has joined as business development manager, after four years at UK digital marketing agency iCrossing. His expertise covers SEO for clients including Barclays, British Telecom, HBOS, Thompson and Tui.

David will be working on dgm’s largest clients across both paid search and SEO, and developing business across PPC and SEO.

dgm’s SEO billings have experienced significant growth, with a 67% increase for Q3 billings compared to last year, and Q2 to Q3 2010 growing by 18%.
