Digital Sales Network wins Quickflix

Online dvd rental company Quickflix  has appointed Digital Network Sales to handle its media sales account.  

The announcement:

1 September 2010: Quickflix Limited, Australia’s leading online DVD rental and movie subscription company, has appointed Digital Network Sales (DNS) as their new media sales representative. DNS will be responsible for the sale of advertising on the website, eNewsletter and the millions of envelopes containing DVDs which are sent to members each year

Quickflix’s developing digital strategy and the success of the Quickflix iPhone application has seen a dramatic increase in interest from advertisers. To effectively manage and service this interest, a full service agency in now required.

Chief Marketing Officer at Quickflix, Hannah Schwartz, said, “We have developed a strong position in the Australian market with over 65,000 members. With a large and growing audience, advertising has become a major opportunity for us.”
