dmg Radio announces multiple additions to sales team

dmg Radio Australia has announced a number of internal appointments both the Sydney and national sales teams.

The announcement:

dmg Radio has promoted Group Sales Manager, Megan Hales, to the position of Head of Sponsorship commencing on 13 August.

Megan will be responsible for sponsorship, commercial content and partnerships across the dmg Radio group. In addition to developing commercial opportunities with existing shows, content, marketing initiatives and music partnerships, Megan will lead a team responsible for creating new commercial opportunities for dmg Radio’s agency clients.

Andy Sinn has been promoted to Music and Commercial Partnerships Manager, working alongside Megan in the dmg Sponsorship team. Andy will be responsible for developing and selling commercial partnerships with dmg Radio’s Music marketing assets (Nova’s Red Room) and will lead an integrated sales efforts for TV partnerships including The Voice Radio Show.

Andy is well equipped for the new role having created and driven some of dmg Radio’s strongest music commercial partnerships including Virgin Mobile, Nova’s Red Room and Optus Rock Corps., Andy will commence in the new role in July.

Ash Minchin will become dmg Radio’s new Group Sales Manager, replacing Megan Hales, while Ash Munro will become Account Director for the Sydney Agency Team.

Ash joins dmg Radio from ARN where he held the role of Group Sales Manager for over four years.

Ash brings a wealth of radio experience, broad media knowledge and direct client experience. He will join dmg Radio on 13 August. Ash Munro has extensive cross platform media experience as Senior Account Manager, Agency Group Sales, for Pacific Magazines and prior to that as Business Manager and Senior Sales Executive for ACP Magazines and Agency Account Manager for Fairfax Media. Ash joined the dmg Radio sales team on 27 May.
