The announcement:

DotCollective is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Paverd as head of retail and Sophie Sing as head of client service, two senior hires that signal an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation for the business.

In her new role, Sam will lead the continued expansion of DotCollective’s retail innovation capability (including its iPaaS integration solution, DotApparel) and will be driving retail-specific technology initiatives and forging strategic partnerships. She brings extensive experience in the retail sector, having spent the past seven years at Decjuba, with prior roles at Priceline and Forever New.

Sophie will take responsibility for client delivery, strategic services, and commercial alignment, strengthening DotCollective’s ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. She joins from Overdose where she spent the last 7 years, most recently in the roles of managing director and national general manager. Her combination of agency expertise and commercial insight will help advance the company’s strategic and service offering.

Co-founder and director Karson Stimson said the appointments reflect DotCollective’s commitment to building a leadership team that blends deep industry knowledge with forward-thinking innovation. “At DotCollective, we believe that combining talent, experience, and passion is the key to effective leadership. With Sam and Sophie joining our senior team, we are well placed to deliver even stronger outcomes for our clients while continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible with technology and digital solutions.”

The creation of these two senior functional roles highlights DotCollective’s ongoing investment in people, strategy, and service excellence, further positioning the company as a leader in digital transformation and retail technology.

Sophie and Sam will sit alongside head of engineering, Oscar Strangio and general manager, Shontelle Nicholas to make up the Senior Management team.
