DPR&Co shares new team promotion and hire
Creative company DPR&Co has strengthened its team with Frankie Ey’s promotion to head of art and the hiring of Naomi Veldhuizen as a designer.
The announcement:
After a year of significant growth, Melbourne independent creative agency DPR&Co has extended its recent hiring spree, bolstering its creative and design teams.
Naomi Veldhuizen has been attracted from DDB where, among other major projects, she was responsible for overseeing the design and rollout for the 2023 Coles Christmas campaign – a massive undertaking.
Richard Ralphsmith, DPR&Co co-founder and executive creative director, said “Naomi is a wonderful talent and is already making a great contribution. At DPR&Co we entrust our people with a great deal of responsibility as a way of earning opportunities. Naomi has already shown that she’s willing to make the most of every opportunity she’s earned. We’re thrilled to have her.”
In addition, DPR&Co has promoted senior designer Frankie Ey to head of art.
“Frankie is one of the most highly regarded designers in Melbourne. Her many, many friends in the industry will attest to this. Her contribution to the creative output and to the culture of DPR&Co is immense. She embodies everything we stand for and is an inspiration to our whole team. We’re fortunate indeed to have her, and we’re delighted that she’s taken on this vital leadership role.”
DPR&Co’s unique strategic and creative approach, the New Truth, has led to a period of stellar growth, with new clients Workwear Group (KingGee, Hard Yakka), WEHI (the Walter and Eliza Hall institute), Paccar (the Kenworth and DAF truck brands) and Mirabella Lighting. The agency has also seen significant growth in its existing business, here and globally.
