Eaon Pritchard joins content marketing agency King Content as Melbourne head of strategy

eaon pritchardFormer Red Jelly strategic planning director Eaon Pritchard has joined content marketing agency King Content as head of strategy in its Melbourne office.

Pritchard finished up with Red Jelly in May after over a year with the Melbourne and Hobart based agency.

“The opportunity for content marketing has more in common with branded content and brand advertising than it does with digital marketing, that’s where I see the opportunity,” he told Mumbrella.

“I see us as in the same bucket as advertising agencies, PR and media agencies – it’s big media.”

Previously he was strategy director at BWM’s digital agency Sputnik  and is a well regarded brand strategists and behavioural science expert.

Pritchard has also previously worked in the UK and Australia for Weapon7, Clemenger BBDO and for brands including Coca Cola, Xbox360, Mercedes-Benz, and NAB. He is also a judge on the MSiX Awards.
