The news follows Edge hiring Wunderman Thompson’s national chief creative officer, Simon Langley, as partner and executive creative director.

Rod Mooseek, Edge Melbourne’s general manager, said: “Off the back of being awarded a partnership with Bupa Dental in February, we are thrilled to extend our responsibilities further across Bupa’s health services business. As one of Australia’s leading health and care providers, Bupa is in a wonderful position to provide people with expert health services all under the one brand.

Jacquelin Harrison, Bupa’s head of marketing for optical and hearing, added: “Edge made an immediate impact on our team with their understanding of our business and category. It’s an exciting time for Bupa Optical and Hearing – and we’re looking forward to tapping into Edge’s experience across health services and retail to help drive growth for our stores.”
