Eleven PR wins first Melbourne account
Eleven PR has picked up its first account win in Melbourne, winning Crown Melbourne, Mumbrella can reveal.
The win is the first client for the Melbourne branch after it opened in January this year, appointing Fee Townshend as its managing director.
Townshend joined the agency after an eight-year stint with PR Edge where she was a managing partner for six years.
The appointment will see the agency manage the PR for both the resorts and casinos.
Both Crown and Eleven PR have been approached for comment.
Meanwhile Eleven PR in Sydney has also announced internal promotions including Fiona Milliken who will step into the newly created role of general manager.
Milliken has worked with the agency for four years, most recently as a group account director.
Roberto Pace, managing director at Eleven, said: “Fiona has played a major part in building Eleven into what it is today. Her drive for success has helped deliver award-winning work for many of the brands we’re fortunate to represent.”
The agency has also appointed two new Sydney account directors, Laura Fields – who previously worked at London agency Ketchum – and Jade Glashoff from GTI Tourism.
Milliken said: “With the new structure and senior hires in place, we look forward to continuing on our vision of an agency that challenges the boundaries of what PR can achieve for brands.”
