Emotive hires Ensemble’s Hayley-Ritz Pelling in new creative role

The announcement:

Independent content marketing business, Emotive, continues to expand with the announcement of Hayley-Ritz Pelling in the newly created role of Studio Manager/Senior Producer. Hayley joins Emotive from Ensemble after 4 years, where she held the role of Senior Producer.

Hayley has over 9 years’ experience working within the production industry. She has extensive experience facilitating collaboration between brands, agencies, production teams and media owners. Hayley has produced award winning work with brands such as KFC, MasterCard, iiNet, MLA, Defence Force Recruitment, Nestle, Nikon, Tourism and Events QLD.

Reporting to ECD Charlie Leahy, Hayley will be responsible for managing and producing Emotive content campaigns. “We’re very excited to welcome Hayley to the Emotive team. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the creation of effective content for brands and will further bolster our team of multi-tasking, socially-focussed content creators. This hire marks a new era of growth for our studio and creative team who are dedicated to producing the best social video for brands in the country and creating work that is recognised on a global scale.” said Charlie.

Also announced today, Alison Mitchell has been promoted to the role of Marketing & Activations Director. Heading up the Activations team, Alison will work closely with Hayley ensuring best practice management and delivery of all content activations for Emotive.

These appointment highlights the growth and success of Emotive since its launch in Australia back in February this year. Emotive have created and amplified social video campaigns for some of the country’s biggest brands, including Optus, Four Seasons Condoms, Student Flights and Subway.

Hayley commences with Emotive today.
