Cook joins the agency after spending nine months contracted as a social media specialist

Emotive has hired Cook in the newly-created role which aims to solidify Emotive’s new brand positioning: “Social to Scale”.

The agency launched its new brand identity and positioning in December, with the aim of expanding its offering to become a full-service creative agency, producing content, ads and experiences.

“I am pumped to join the team at Emotive, I have watched on fondly over the years and have been impressed with their end to end offering and track record of producing fearless creative, and most importantly finding the right audience,” Cook said in a statement. “The opportunity to join the team, work with great clients via a creative process that adapts to the marketing landscape, was too good to pass up.”

Cook joins the agency after spending nine months on a part time contract as Surfers Paradise Alliance’s social media specialist.

Prior to her nine month stint, Cook spent four years at Optus as as a digital marketing executive and content and social marketing manager.

Jamie Crick, head of distribution and analysis, added: “We are really excited to have Phoebe join the distribution team. Our investment in our proprietary brand resonance dashboard has been a game changer for the business, and I know Phoebe’s expertise will only add to this product and process.”
