Entries for Mumbrella’s TV ad of the month closes tomorrow
There’s one day left for agencies and marketers to get their entries in for the May round of Mumbrella’s TV ad of the month competition.
The winner will be selected through a vote by Mumbrella readers and revealed during an episode of The Mumbo Report.
A shortlist will be drawn up based on self-nomination and Mumbrella’s own selection. This shortlist will then go to a reader vote.
Nomination is straightforward. Simply email details of the ad, including the client, agency credits and a link to a video sharing site where it can be viewed to georgina@focalattractions.com.au.
The deadline for the May ad of the month will be close of business tomorrow, June 9, after which our shortlist will be announced and opened to reader voting.
The winner of the April ad of the month was Optus’ World Cup ad created by M&C Saatchi.
Mumbrella’s ad of the month competition is sponsored by Dubsat:
Optus World Cup ad is quite possiblly the lamest ad I’ve seen for a while. It demonstrates a client’s intent on forcing two very different themes into one to create a nothing spot. Well done also to M&C Saatchi for not pushing back on the client or challening their dedication to the animals … it hasn’t done you any favours either.
