Entries now open for the Publish Awards 2015

Publish Awards 2015 logoEntries have opened today for the Publish Awards, the publishing industry’s preeminent awards scheme.

Celebrating the best in consumer, business-to-business and custom publishing across print and digital, the Publish Awards will once again will be judged by a panel of leading publishing, advertising and media executives.

The competition has been renamed the Publish Awards to recognise the evolution in print and digital media. There are a total of 27 categories which include Editor of the Year, Website of the Year, Consumer Magazine of the Year, Single Article of the Year and the grand prix Excellence Award to recognise the overall best publication or website.

Now in their 19th year the Publish Awards began life as magazine industry body Publishers Australia’s Bell Awards, before being renamed the Excellence Awards.

This year, entries are welcomed from those working in print and digital news as well as digital-only media titles across any genre. Where applicable, this also includes those within the newspaper side of the publishing industry

The period being assessed is between September 11, 2014, to September 10, 2015.

The closing date for entries Friday, September 10.

Members of Publishers Australia will once again receive a discount on their entries.

Entries are completed online, with supporting material including magazines and newspapers to be supplied.
