Epic PR relocates from Singapore to Melbourne

Communications and public relations agency Epic Public Relations has relocated from its home-base of Singapore to Melbourne.

Mylinh Lee is moving Epic PR to Australia to be closer to family

In Singapore, the agency worked with brands including Yahoo, Tiger Beer, Pfizer, Cointreau and F1’s Amber Lounge.

The agency was founded by Australian PR operator Mylinh Lee in 2012, who said the decision to move the business was motivated by the desire to spend more time with family.

She said the agency is now well-positioned to work with local or international clients and would focus on the corporate, technology and lifestyle sectors including fashion, beauty, wellness, food and beverage.

“Now that we are up and running in Melbourne, I look forward to welcoming companies who want a dedicated team with international and local experience plus a passion for story-telling in a compelling way, to look to Epic PR in the mix,” she said.

Lee said she was “eternally grateful” for the opportunities she had in Asia.

“Working in Hong Kong and Singapore that are gateway cities to the vibrant Asia region for media and global businesses in the past 20 years has been both a privilege and an honour from a professional and personal point of view.”

As part of the relocation, Lee flagged that the company had signed a joint venture with an Asia Pacific company in the fintech space, with more news to come soon.
