Equity Mates joins Acast Creator Network
Finance and investing podcast Equity Mates has joined the Acast Creator Network.

Equity Mates Media, the number one finance and investing network for young Australians, has joined the Acast Creator Network. Its five podcasts, which are some of Australia’s favourites, will now be hosted and distributed by the creator-first podcast company Acast.
Equity Mates Media was created to give everyday people the inspiration, information and confidence to break into the world of investing, from beginning to dividend. Co-founders Bryce Leske and Alec Renehan met at university and both developed a passion for investing. As they spoke to friends and family about their interest, they realised a lot of people faced the same challenges.
They set out to record their journey of learning to invest, in the hope others would join them. Their first podcast, Equity Mates Investing, launched in 2017 and in the years since has grown
into a large community of young investors in Australia and around the world. Since then, the Equity Mates Media network has evolved to include five podcasts, Equity Mates Investing, Get
Started Investing, Comedian V Economist, Meet Pay Love and, most recently, You’re In Good Company — all of which will now be hosted and distributed by Acast.Guy Scott-Wilson, Acast’s Content Director for Australia and New Zealand, said: “We saw huge growth in the personal finance category last year, as new technology — and perhaps more

Acast will also manage monetisation of the show through ads and branded content.
