Esquire Australia has appointed Grant Pearce as its new editor-in-chief, after he served two years as the publication’s creative director.

Pearce will lead a 15-strong editorial team, and brings decades of experience in the Australian and Asian publication industries. He previously worked as creative director at GQ Australia and GQ Asia Pacific, and as men’s fashion director at Conde Nast.

Having served as Esquire’s creative director for the past two years, Pearce “has already been instrumental in developing the brand’s visual and editorial identity”, according to the media release announcing his role.
