John ButterworthThe listed company announced the appointment this morning, with Butterworth taking on the role of head of digital.

Gruden has also recruited former managing director of digital at Moon Communication Group, Gavin Gorazdowski, to head its Mobileden transaction platform business.

Parker said the two appointments were an important step in the evolution of the business.
