David joins from George P. Johnson Australia where he spent almost five years, leaving as senior creative director. At George P. Johnson he helped win a list of new clients including Pepsi, Yonex, NAB, L’Oreal, Synergy and Woodside.  David has also worked at Vanity Group and Virgin Wines.

David said of his appointment: “Departing an agency where the people are like family wasn’t easy, but the opportunity to help lead and create amazing work with an agency that lives and breathes culture was too good an opportunity to pass.”

Also joining Dijgtal is Tania Di Stefano as content and communications strategist, growing the content offering for both the agency and its clients.

Di Stefano joins from Saatchi & Saatchi where she was the senior social media manager for two years. Prior to that she was the content and experience manager at The Gruden Group.

Di Stefano stated: “Saatchi provided me with invaluable experience and the chance to work with crazy talented people, I’ll always be thankful for my time there. The move to Dijgtal gives me the opportunity to grow as a content strategist and refine my skills in creating best in class, branded human-led experiences, online and offline. There’s something special about Dijgtal and where it’s headed. It’s an exciting time for the business and I’m thrilled I get to come along for the ride.”

Both Di Stefano and David will be reporting to director of strategy and parnterships Nick Gray, who commended the new hires.

“Dijgtal is in an exciting phase of growth right now, we’re expanding further onto the international stage and to do that, we need to have the best minds in the business. Tania and James provide a vast amount of invaluable experience and energy that I’m confident will help propel Dijgtal to the next stage of success,” Gray said.
