Fairfax launches single platform for targeting women
Fairfax has launched the Fairfax Women’s Network to give advertisers a single point of contact to reach Australian women aged 20 to 70 online and in print.
Fairfax claims the network will give advertisers access to 3m women through eight online brands – Essential Baby, Essential Kids, Life & Style, The Vine, Cuisine, RSVP, Stayz, Find a Babysitter, and one print title – Sunday Life.
Fairfax Metro digital publisher Jane Huxley, said: “Women are now the digital mainstream and a highly valuable online demographic. The Fairfax Women’s Network will allow advertisers an easy way to reach various audiences of engaged women and is further proof of our total commitment to giving our clients the best possible solutions to effectively target audiences.”
The company noted that there are more women than men online in Australia, and they are moving online at almost double the rate of men, according to Roy Morgan research.
