Blogger Nicole Warne makes acting debut in Westfield film #limousine13

limousine13Fashion blogger Nicole Warne stars in a short film by PR agency Baker Brands promoting the Spring/Summer collections of luxury fashion brands at premium Westfield shopping centres.

The two minute film – #limousine13 – promotes Westfield’s premium shopping centres in central Sydney, Bondi Junction and Doncaster, Victoria, which carry luxury brands such as Gucci, Willow and Jimmy Choo.

Warne, who writes fashion blog ‘Gary Pepper Girl’ and has almost 600,000 followers on Instagram, will also make a series of appearances at Westfield centres in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

The film suggests a love triangle between Warne and twin models Zac and Jordan Stenmark.

During the film Warne travels through Sydney in the back of a limousine and makes several costume changes showing off the Spring/Summer collections of Westfield’s luxury brands.

A short promo for the film was launched last week and the full length film went live on the Westfield website this morning.

Warne’s cult following has landed her in fashion titles such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire.

Last week she was criticised in a column in the Daily Telegraph by writer Jonathon Moran who berated fashion bloggers for taking for endorsements and front row seats at shows.

Warne is the second blogger to star in a short film for Westfield by Baker Brands. The PR agency released Fashion Lust in March, featuring former model and fashion blogger Candice Lake and Manly rugby league player David ‘Wolfman’ Williams in a story based on the tale of Little Red Riding Hood.

As part of the Westfield campaign, Warne will also feature on the cover of Westfield magazine The Index, published by Bauer Media, and in point of sale and print advertising.
