Fetch TV offers subscribers 3 months’ free access to 11 International News channels

Fetch TV today announced that it will provide its subscribers with 3 months’ free access to 11 English language subscription news channels from Monday 23rd March.

Fetch viewers will have 24/7 access to the latest breaking news from around the world via BBC World News, CNN, MSNBC, Al Jazeera, euronews, France 24, NDTV 24×7, Channel News Asia, and CGTN, along with business and financial news from CNBC and Bloomberg.

The News channels are currently available as part of the $6 pm Knowledge Pack and $20 pm Ultimate Pack. These options will remain, offering affordable access to both news and a wide range of other compelling content.

Scott Lorson, CEO of Fetch TV said: “As we face challenging circumstances at home, the Free to Air networks are doing a wonderful job of keeping Australian’s informed. However, given the global nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is great interest in reporting from around the world, and dedicated coverage of the financial markets. With the support of our partners, we will be providing Fetch subscribers with 3 months’ free access to our 11 leading English language international news and financial channels.”

“Fetch subscribers will all have access to 24/7 reporting from leading international news channels – BBC World News, CNN and Al Jazeera, and regional and local coverage from MSNBC (U.S.), euronews, France 24, NDTV 24×7 (India), Channel News Asia, CGTN (China) plus CNBC and Bloomberg covering business news and the global financial markets”

The channels will be available from 9am Monday and will roll out to all customers over 24 hours. Alternatively, customers can restart their Fetch box on Monday morning to gain immediate access.

Customers already subscribed to the $6 per month Knowledge Pack or the $20 per month Ultimate Pack will continue to be charged their usual monthly subscription.
