Final call for AIMIA’s awards entries

The Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) has made its final call for entries to enter its awards. Entries close 5pm AEDT on Friday 21 October.

The announcement:

AIMIA, the industry body for digital in Australia, has issued a final call for entries into the 18th AIMIA awards. The Annual AIMIA Awards are the longest running and most prestigious Awards in Australia’s Digital Industry. Make sure you don’t miss out on your chance to be recognised for your digital best and hold ‘Amy Ward’ in your own hands.

The “Amys” as they are known, span 26 categories including video, advertising, tablet and mobile, entertainment, tourism and travel, social media, science, health and environment, financial and learning and education. A panel of over 160 international and local judges will be deciding on some of the most exciting, creative and innovative entries in Australia.

Entries are currently open for AIMIA members and will close at 5pm AEDT on Friday 21st October, 2011.

The winners will be announced at the industry’s night of nights on Cockatoo Island on 16th March 2012. Lock it in your calendars!
