Finder has launched a new weekly podcast, Dare to be Rich, focused on superannuation and personal finance for women.

The announcement:

Finder has today announced the launch of its superannuation and personal finance podcast series, Dare to be Rich.

The weekly podcast, released every Thursday, will be hosted by Finder superannuation literacy expert and women’s wealth advocate Pascale Helyar-Moray OAM.

The podcast is designed to empower women to take control of their financial future, one bold money move at a time. Each episode delivers smart, shame-free conversations about money, mindset, and superannuation with the aim of closing the wealth gap for good.

Australian women still hold, on average, 40% less net wealth than men according to Finder’s State of Women’s Wealth Report 2025 – a gap that highlights the urgent need for more targeted financial education and empowerment.

Dare to be Rich invites listeners to ditch outdated money rules, rethink their relationship with wealth, and start building the life – and financial future – they truly deserve.

“Women are told to shrink themselves financially, to play it safe, to save not grow. This podcast is about unlearning that,” says host Pascale Helyar-Moray.

“My mission is to help women unapologetically step into abundance, and to start believing they are worthy of being rich – in every way.”

Guests will include some of Australia’s most insightful voices on finance, career, psychology and investing – from financial advisors and founders to mindset coaches and everyday women rewriting their money stories.

Helyar-Moray, the founder of Australia’s first “set and forget” super contributions platform Grow My Money, brings decades of experience in empowering women to build long-term wealth.

The show is set to become a vital listen for women who want real-world money tips, more confidence with investing, and motivation to take action – without being made to feel left behind.

“Dare to be Rich isn’t just a podcast. It’s a movement. It’s about rewriting the rules around money, and giving women permission to think bigger – about their super, their wealth, and their future,” Helyar-Moray said.

Jeremy Cabral, co-founder & chief operating officer of Finder, said Dare to be Rich addresses a critical gap in women’s financial media.

“Women have been underserved by financial content for too long – and the data shows they want practical tools, transparency and motivation that speaks their language.

“With Pascale’s no-nonsense, empowering approach, this podcast is a game-changer. It breaks down complex financial topics and turns them into everyday conversations women actually want to have.”

Dare to be Rich is available now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and all major podcast platforms.
