FlickerFest launches Blues Brothers themed FlickerFest promo
Sydney international short film festival FlickerFest has launched a promotional video based on the Blues Brothers and featuring Dan Aykroyd after receiving over 2,000 entries as the competition celebrates its 23rd year.

The event is being promoted with a trailer, directed by Alex Weinress for Hixon Films, following a short film about the Blues Brothers and features a surprise cameo with Aykroyd at the end.
Flickerfest Director Bronwyn Kidd said in a statement: “Im thrilled to present this years programme once again made up of some of the most breathtakingly innovative and exciting short films and film makers the world has to offer and proud that Flickerfest continues to maintain its vision to present Australian audiences with one of the most highly competitive and respected short film festivals in our region of the world.”

Flickerfest competitions will be judged by a panel of leading industry experts.
