Since then, Biggs has taken on roles as the chair of the board that oversees the Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency, and CEO of the Wellington-based Assignment Group.

Chin & Ching is based in Melbourne, where Biggs will be acting as chair of the agency.

The other founding and eponymous members of the agency are Jennifer Chin and Wayne Ching, who crossed paths with Biggs during his time at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.

Ching worked at Clems as a senior writer between 2012 and 2014. He then went on to work as creative director at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, as a writer at Wieden and Kennedy in Portland,  and was most recently creative director at The Monkeys Melbourne.

At his new agency, Ching will be taking on the role of executive creative director.

Jennifer Chin was at Clems Melbourne from 2009 to 2015, starting out as an account director and leaving as group account director. Chin then moved to the BBDO Network in Hong Kong as regional director for Mars Incorporated. Most recently, she spent a year-and-a-half as a freelance management consultant.

At Chin & Ching, Chin is the creative strategist and innovation director.

The agency describes itself as a “creative innovation agency helping brands move from story-telling to making history”. Chin & Ching also hosts a ‘multi-disciplinary innovation consultancy’ called Uncommon Kind.

According to the agency’s website 5% of all of its profits will be donated to social causes.
