Former Ten communications boss Neil Shoebridge officially launches SKMG
The former communications boss at Network Ten, Neil Shoebridge has officially launched his new consultancy, SKMG, alongside Ten’s former corporate communications executive, Andrew Knowles.
Knowles, who is now a partner at SKMG, joined Ten in 2015 as a publicity assistant and has held positions as Ten’s publicity coordinator, junior publicist and most recently its corporate communications executive for four months.
Shoebridge announced his departure in April.
SKMG is now working with clients including APN Outdoor, Network Ten, DearFriend & Co and Paxx Group.
“I’m very pleased to have Andrew join me at SKMG. Our dual experience represents an uncommon diversity that covers an entire spectrum of knowledge in conventional and disruptive media outlet,” Shoebridge said in a statement.
Knowles added: “Together, Neil and I are in a privileged position to offer our services to clients whose identities range from blue-chip corporations to trend-leading brands.
“Our aim is to enable our clients to access non-traditional avenues of communication between conventional and emerging media landscapes. Of course, we also ensure the traditional media requirements of our clients are not only met but exceeded. I couldn’t be more excited to get to work.”
