Foxcatcher said Molan’s new role will specifically entail leveraging his extensive expertise in developing technical solutions for addressable media, CRM, and performance media to lead the product and solutions function of the agency.

He is also responsible for developing and managing bespoke digital platforms and proprietary tools for clients, as well as developing the Foxcatcher product suite with Gaskill.

Gaskill and said Molan’s appointment will help achieve his vision for the agency moving forward.

“His appointment will be instrumental in accelerating Foxcatcher’s technical, analytics, and disintermediation solutions and services for our clients and partners.

“Innovation is at the heart of Foxcatcher, and Andrew’s highly technical and strategic skills will enable us to continue our vision of adding value and sustainable growth for clients through streamlined tech and data enablement.”

Foxcatcher was launched last month by Simon Ryan under the umbrella of his local holding company Ryancap, with Gaskill coming on board as managing director after holding positions at Audience360 and Dentsu.

Ryan himself was the CEO of Dentsu for nearly three years.

Foxcatcher was launched with the mandate of working with businesses to realise and unlock the value in data through technology enablement, by focusing on customer data, digital ecosystems, and convergence; and aligning addressable media with CRM, DTC, and ecommerce outcomes.

Molan said the next 12 months are a key time for brands and an exciting time to be joining Foxcatcher.

“The next 12 months are going to be a critical time for brands, as the demands and needs of the consumer rapidly evolves.

“I’m thrilled for the opportunity to be joining the team, working alongside David where we will have the capability to develop bespoke products and solutions that will enable clients to achieve their goals.”
