Foxcatcher unveils purpose-built programmatic buying platform WorldView

Foxcatcher, Ryancap’s marketing data and technology business, has launched a new bespoke omnichannel approach to programmatic trading called Worldview.

The platform is being billed as an Australian-first, with Foxcatcher revealing that no other agency group in Australia is currently offering its own proprietary, purpose-built media buying platform.

Worldview will be powered by another Foxcatcher initiative, FOX_ID, which it says “takes onsite consumer behaviour, enriched with digital interactions and macroeconomic signals, to unlock contextual, cross-channel insight outside of walled gardens”.

FOX_ID will, in addition to providing digital behavioural insights, connect consumers to the world world by capturing social sentiment, environmental and economic sales conversion factors.

Its prediction engine will deliver unrivalled scale and performance to clients, and thanks to FOX_ID, Worldview will bring together  hedge fund tech and intelligence to understand and execute business drivers.

David Gaskill said Foxcatcher’s real world view on consumers will allow brands to engage with customers “like never before”.

“FOX_ID elevates our capabilities to the next level, a working example of our commonsense approach to product development anchored in our ethos to make data and technology simple.”

Foxcatcher said that FOX_ID will allow the agency to work in close partnership with Aussie publishers, to help unlock more value in their media.

Gaskill added: “Businesses know that several factors impact conversion, and we have developed the technology to understand and measure their impact.

“Our real world view on consumers will empower brands to understand and engage with their customers like never before across all digital channels”.

In announcing the deal, Foxcatcher also flagged that it will continue to invest in the future of Australian media and technology with its custom-built ID, and an ambitious product development pipeline.

Simon Ryan launched Foxcatcher in late 2020 under the umbrella of Ryancap.

It recently made the key appointments of Andrew Molan as head of product and solutions, and Varun John as head of trading, both former colleagues of Ryan at Dentsu.
