Tanner replaces Brooke Cashall, Foxtel’s previous head of publicity, who left at the end of November.

Most notably, Tanner was lead content and storytelling strategist for Netflix since 2016 leading the dedicated Netflix team at consumer agency, Pulse.

Working across communications strategy and creative campaign development, as well as publicity, he has overseen numerous title campaigns, including the launch of the first Netflix Australian Original in 2018 – Tidelands, Queer Eye, Stranger Things, Sabrina and Netflix’s infamous takeover of Mardi Gras, as well as various brand campaigns and press office activities.

His role will span Foxtel content publicity and PR as well as product and brand communications leading its newly shaped team in these areas.
