Freedom hires Edge as content agency

Furniture and homewares retailer Freedom has appointed Edge as its content agency of record.

Edge has been tasked with handling Freedom’s content strategy and digital and social content.

Freedom and Edge are currently developing new work which is set to roll out over the coming months.

Jason Piggott, general manager of marketing at Freedom, said in a statement: “Edge have a deep knowledge of retail along with proven smarts in content strategy.

“We’re looking forward to rolling out our content campaign with the team at Edge.”

David Stretch, MD of Edge, added: “It is refreshing to see retailers embrace the power of well-timed inspirational content to accompany promotional messaging.”

Edge’s clients include Mitre 10, Dymocks, Jaycar, Gloria Jeans and Donut King.
