Sally began her career as a solicitor specialising in entertainment law until 1995 and has worked across film production finance, development, acquisition, production and distribution in the UK and Australia. As head of legal & business affairs at Fulcrum Media Finance, Zach has worked closely with Fulcrum’s clients to successfully negotiate, draft and close the legal documentation for all film and television projects financed by Fulcrum. In this role, Zach has overseen the financing of over 150 Australian film and television projects including premium film and television projects such as The Bluey Movie, Last King of the Cross, Fake and the upcoming Together and One More Shot. Alongside Tim Phillips, Zach set up Fulcrum’s entry into the gaming market and Digital Games Tax Offset financing. Sally is a hugely experienced and beloved figure in the Australian film and television marketplace and brings a wealth of experience in film financing and production. The Board of Fulcrum would like to thank Tim for his substantial contribution to the continued growth of Fulcrum as one of the leading film financiers in the Australia and New Zealand marketplace. With Tim’s decision to pursue a career in film production, Zach Parker shone out as a natural replacement as CEO, with his deep understanding of production finance, passion for the sector and his strong relationships with the industry. The Board of Fulcrum welcomes Zach’s appointment to this role.”

Fulcrum Media Finance has, since it was established in 2008, supported more than 450 Australian and New Zealand screen productions and has advanced in excess of A$840 million in total loans to Australian and New Zealand production companies.
