Geronimo opens Melbourne office led by John McKoy
Mobile customer experience agency, Geronimo, has opened an office in Melbourne.
The new office will be led by John McKoy, who joined the agency in April in the role of commercial director.

McKoy will be leading Geronimo’s new Melbourne office
The expansion to Melbourne is the first step in Geronimo’s plans to expand its business into new markets. Melbourne was selected due to the growing number of Geronimo’s clients which are based in the city.
Matt Hunt, CEO at Geronimo, explained: “The move to Melbourne marks the next phase of our plan to enter into other territories where our experience in MCX can deliver incremental value to agencies and clients. John’s wealth of international experience and pedigree in starting and growing businesses around the world, makes him perfectly placed to lead Geronimo Melbourne and help us drive our international expansion plans.”
McKoy added: “Melbourne presents a significant opportunity for Geronimo. We are already working with a number of leading agencies and clients and I’m confident we can rapidly grow our presence here. I’m excited to have joined an amazing business and team to help drive the expansion both in Australia and overseas.”
Earlier this year, former chief marketing officer for BT Financial, Mark Murray, joined the agency as partner and chief operating officer. In September, Geronimo acquired data science and analytics company, Data Hatch, in a move to strengthen its mobile customer experience capabilities.
I smell Exponential 2.0 in the works!
