GLHF Entertainment announces content deal with news.com.au

Games media company GLHF Entertainment has struck a partnership with news.com.au to provide the latter with gaming and esports content.

The announcement:

GLHF Entertainment, a games media company providing best-in-class content to mainstream publishers across the globe, will now provide news.com.au – Australia’s leading news site – with gaming and esports content.

The move represents GLHF’s expansion into Australia, with the company already working with some of the biggest media outlets in the US and Europe: GLHF continues to power the gaming and esports coverage for USA Today’s For The Win, La Gazzetta dello Sport – the biggest newspaper in Italy – as well as Computer Bild, the most popular tech platform in the DACH region.

GLHF CEO Karl Mikael Cakste said, “We are excited to launch into another continent, and are proud to work with the team at News Corp Australia to distribute our gaming content to a wider audience. This is an important milestone for us.”

News.com.au is Australia’s leading news site, reaching more than 12 million Australians every month, and is the go-to destination for everything from politics to pop culture, breaking news to the budget and all things travel and technology.

News.com.au editor-in-chief Lisa Muxworthy said: “Australians are avid gamers, and gaming content is an increasing interest area for the news.com.au audience. We’re delighted to be working with GLHF Entertainment and publishing their high-quality coverage of the world’s best games.”

Over the coming years, GLHF Entertainment plans to launch additional partnerships across the globe, aiming to become the world’s leading provider of gaming coverage in mainstream media.
