Grill’d launches direct delivery service

Grill’d has launched a direct delivery service, and to mark the launch, will ‘Meat You In The Middle’ by offering 50% off the first order and free delivery on all orders between today and 12 April.

Grill’d has today announced the launch of Grill’d Delivery, its own direct delivery service ensuring fans can continue to satiate their burger cravings without having to leave the safety and comfort of their own home. To celebrate, Grill’d will ‘Meat You in the Middle’ – offering 50% off the first order and free delivery on all orders between 1-12 April. Customers simply need to sign up for free to the Grill’d Relish loyalty program via the website or app to be instantly eligible.

Simon Crowe, Grill’d founder, said: “In these uncertain times, we need to focus on the things that bring us together. For our Grill’d family, what unites us is between the bun – our delicious meat and meat free alternatives. We make every burger with love and are committed to keeping the community spirit alive by fueling our customers with healthy food delivered direct to their door.”

The new direct-to-door delivery service provides Grill’d lovers easy access to the full menu of burgers, chips, salad and drinks, without incurring third-party markup, and is available from fifty Grill’d restaurants across New South Wales and Victoria.

To redeem the ‘Meat You In The Middle’ 50% off initiative, guests need to first sign up to Grill’d’s member program, Relish, which is free to join and includes lots of product offers and exclusive invitations throughout the year. With Grill’d Delivery, Relish members will receive all their regular perks, as well as additional incentives on products that are not available to them if they order via third party, online food delivery services.

The ‘Meat You In The Middle’ offer is available from 1 to 12 April to all Relish Members ordering delivery for the first time via the new Grill’d Delivery service. To ease any financial hardships further, free delivery will also be available on all orders placed through the Grill’d website or app during this time.

Grill’d Delivery is the first of many initiatives to be launched as part of the brand’s “Grill’d for Good” series, a new campaign that hopes to help support local communities and the hospitality industry during these challenging times.

Grill’d Delivery is available via the Grill’d app and website – www.grilld.com.au.

‘Meat You In The Middle’ is applicable to the first order made using Grill’d Delivery and includes all drinks and alcohol orders.

For customers who prefer to order and pick up in person, Grill’d is offering safe and secure contactless takeaway in all of its 138 restaurants across Australia, with orders placed and paid for online, on the phone or using the mobile app.
