Group buying site invites Sydney punters to Jump On the bus
The competitive group buying market has seen sister sites Jump On It and Living Social attempt to win over Sydney consumers by giving them free bus rides.
The branded bus service is offering commuters lifts into the city from Mosman, Coogee, Glebe and Rose Bay. At the weekend it is doing runs to Bondi and Manly.
CEO Colin Fabig said: “The route will tie in with each day’s deal to make it easier than ever to enjoy life in the city for less.”

Saw one of these buses in Crows Nest during the week – it’s definitely an interesting way of winning over public transport-weary commuters. I’m not sure though if a free trip to the city is worth being preached at the whole way!
