Group M promotes Mindshare’s Mandy Kennett to talent development director
Group M has put Mindshare’s chief talent officer Mandy Kennett in a newly created role as talent development director for Group M.
Although based in Sydney, Kennett will work across Australia to develop the group’s learning and development strategy and measure its effectiveness.
Kennett will also work closely with regional training teams and heads of talent to deliver training programs across the group.
Elissa Good-Omozusi, chief human resources and talent officer of GroupM Australia said Group M’s commitment to training and development encourages staff to stay longterm.
