Gruen Planet debuts with 1.4m but finale of At Home With Julia drops to 655,000

The debut of Gruen Planet on the ABC, a spin-off of popular show Gruen Transfer, pulled in 1.138 million viewers and came fourth for the night, according to preliminary metro ratings from OzTam.   

The 9pm show was the highest ranking for ABC1 on Wednesday and was followed by the final episode of political satire At Home With Julia which saw a drop in viewers week-on-week by 118,000 to 655,000.

Seven had the top three shows with Seven News, The X Factor and Today Tonight.
