Guardian UK comms boss and Golin Singapore ECD join Mumbrella CommsCon lineup

Mumbrella CommsCon has added two international speakers to its lineup: Guardian Media Group’s director of communications, Brendan O’Grady and Golin Singapore’s ECD, Shouvik Prasanna Mukherjee.

Golin Singapore’s Mukherjee is set to share insights on the customer journey in a data-driven environment; the relationship between digital, analytics and content and how PR can deliver greater relevance with targeted audiences.

Mukherje will run a session on how PR can deliver more in a data-driven economy

In addition, he will outline the tools needed to achieve effective brand communication, where new strategic capabilities should be focused, and how an earned-first communications strategy can work in this environment.

Guardian Media Group’s O’Grady will explore how PR and communications experts can drive change both internally and externally and implement purposeful communication in a challenging and uncertain landscape.

Plus he will unpack the role communications and PR plays in communicating business purpose, corporate strategy, change and growth.

O’Grady’s session is titled Driving purposeful communication in a chaotic business and news landscape

Mumbrella CommsCon will take place on April 2 at The Fullerton Hotel, Sydney. Early bird tickets are on sale now.

Also confirmed to take to the stage on April 2 is Keep Left’s head of insights and strategy, Susan Horn.

Throughout her session, Horn will discuss and analyse audience segmentation and profiling and how to do it successfully, why it drives ROI and how to take a values-led approach.

Horn will give insights into how to segment and group audiences by values, as opposed to shallow metrics and outline some effective ways to understand an audience and successfully market to them.
