Hahn gets branded content show on Nine

Beer brand Hahn is to get its own branded content series on Nine.

Five-part series The Beer Factor will celebrate Australian inventors creating beer-related ideas in front of a studio audience and a panel of beer experts.

The series, to be hosted by comedian Tom Gleeson, is going out first on GO! and in late night on Nine.

The concept supports Hahn’s current campaign around ‘pioneering beering’ and has come from the partnership of Nine Entertainment Co. with Hahn’s parent company Lion and ZenithOptimedia with Nine’s cross-platform creative unit Powered and ZenithOptimedia’s branded content division Newcast.

Michael Branagh, director of Powered, said: “This has been a great project to be part of so far. Lion and their agency partners have developed a multi-dimensional brand platform, Pioneering Beering and the Powered team have amplified this in an entertaining and engaging way across the media brands of Nine Entertainment Co.”

The show follows TVCs, advertorials in Men’s magazines and online advertising across Mi9.

Over 300 entries have been received from inventors.

The show starts on Saturday 1 September.
