Half Dome nabs Spark Foundry’s Paul Wilkinson as head of commercial

Independent media agency Half Dome has appointed former Spark Foundry head of investment Paul Wilkinson as head of commercial, reporting to Half Dome managing partner and general manager Tom Frazer.
