Hall & Partners, Open Mind drafts Nick Palmer

Brand research consultancy company  Hall & Partners, Open Mind has drafted Nick Palmer from its London arm as its new Sydney research director.

Specialist brand and communications research consultancy, Hall & Partners | Open Mind, today announced the appointment of Nick Palmer as Sydney Research Director.

In this newly-created role Palmer will manage a team of quantitative researchers and major EngagerTM projects for Hall & Partners | Open Mind clients in the finance, alcoholic beverages and tourism industries.

EngagerTM is Hall & Partners | Open Mind’s unique-in-market strategic and evaluative framework that quantifies effective brand engagement, allowing brands to formally measure their integrity as well as consumer participation.

Palmer joins Hall & Partners | Open Mind from Hall & Partners London, where he spent the last six years as a Senior Director managing brand and communications tracking for the Lloyds Banking Group and successfully oversaw the merger of two substantial tracking studies when Lloyds TSB bought out Halifax.

Before that, he spent four years with Millward Brown/BMRB.
